Shanischare Multiple Campus is located in Arjundhara Municipality, Jhapa district, within Koshi Province of Eastern Nepal. It is situated at approximately 26.41° latitude and 86.59° longitude, about 20 kilometers north of Chandragadi, the district headquarters of Jhapa, and 5 kilometers north of the East-West Highway, near Birtamode, the commercial center of Jhapa. The campus borders Rong Rural Municipality in Ilam to the north, Buddhshanti Rural Municipality to the north, Mechinagar Municipality to the east, Birtamode Municipality to the south, and Kankai and Mai Municipalities in Ilam to the west.

Established in 2064 B.S. (2007 A.D.), Shanischare Multiple Campus is situated in Arjundhara Municipality-7, Jhapa, at Shanischare Bazar. The campus was founded with the aim of offering bachelor's-level higher education at an affordable cost, with special provisions for promising students. It was established through the collective efforts of the local community, various organizations, and donations, functioning as a non-profit, community-based public institution affiliated with Tribhuvan University of Nepal.

Shanischare Multiple Campus is affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal, and currently offers the following undergraduate programs

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS): A 4-year program, offered on a yearly basis.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed): A 4-year program, offered on a yearly basis.
