Manufacturing

• Raw Material Procurement: Limestone, clay, and gypsum are sourced locally and through imports.
• Crushing: The raw materials are crushed to create smaller particles.
• Grinding: The crushed materials are finely ground to create a homogenous mixture.
• Heating in Rotary Kiln: The mixture is heated at high temperatures in a rotary kiln to produce clinker.
• Clinker Cooling: The clinker is cooled down after heating.
• Grinding of Clinker: The cooled clinker is ground into a fine powder.
• Mixing with Gypsum: Gypsum is added to the ground clinker to control the setting time of the cement.
• Storage: The final cement product is stored in silos.
• Packaging: The cement is packaged into bags or supplied in bulk.
• Quality Control: Througout the process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure the cement meets standards.
