Dhankuta Multiple Campus, originally established as 'Dhankuta Degree College' in 2012 B.S. in the headquarters of Dhankuta district, has grown into a leading educational institution in eastern Nepal. With an extensive landholding of nearly 100 bigha in the Terai and a sprawling 210 ropani campus in Dhankuta town, the institution boasts impressive infrastructure that supports its academic mission.

The campus first launched its B.A. program in 2014 under an affiliation with Patna University, India. In 2016 B.S., it transitioned to Tribhuvan University and was renamed Dhankuta Multiple Campus in 2031 B.S., following the introduction of the National Education System Plan (NESP). Since then, the institution has continued to expand its academic offerings, reinforcing its commitment to higher education and its vision of evolving into a full-fledged university in eastern Nepal.

As part of its mission to nurture future scholars and professionals, Dhankuta Multiple Campus provides a diverse range of programs, including B.Ed. (since 2034 B.S.), B.A. (reintroduced in 2038 B.S.), One-Year B.Ed. (since 2052 B.S.), B.Sc. (since 2066 B.S.), M.A.-R.D. (since 2062 B.S.), M.Ed.-EPM (since 2063 B.S.), M.Ed.-Nepali (since 2065 B.S.), M.Ed.-English (since 2066 B.S.), M.Ed.-Health (since 2066 B.S.), B.B.S. (since 2068 B.S.), M.B.S. (since 2072 B.S.), B.B.A. (since 2078 B.S.), and B.C.A. (since 2078 B.S.).
Through its commitment to academic excellence, infrastructural development, and its goal of becoming a premier educational hub, Dhankuta Multiple Campus continues to shape the educational landscape of Nepal while fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for students from all backgrounds.
