Bajura Distribution Center

Bajura-0, Badimalika Municipality, Bajura, Sudurpashchim Pradesh
097-541422

The Bajura Distribution Center, operated by the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), is located in Martadi and serves as the main hub for electricity distribution across Bajura District in Sudurpashchim Province. It is responsible for extending reliable power supply, managing billing and maintenance, and coordinating electrification efforts across both urban and rural areas. The center works to improve infrastructure and service delivery under NEA’s provincial system, despite the district’s relatively low overall electrification rate compared to other regions.

The distribution center services several local governments, including Badimalika Municipality, Tribeni Municipality, Budhiganga Municipality, and Budhinanda Municipality, as well as multiple rural municipalities such as Gaumul, Jaganath, Swamikartik, Chhededaha, and Himal Rural Municipalities. Through projects involving national transmission line connections and local grid expansion, areas like Budhiganga Municipality Ward No.?3 have recently gained electricity access, and efforts continue to extend service to more wards and communities
