It provides essential consumer services such as online bill payment, meter reading, and complaint registration, making electricity management more accessible to the public. The authority is also working on upgrading transmission lines and expanding rural electrification projects to ensure electricity reaches remote areas. As Nepal continues to develop, NEA remains at the forefront of efforts to create a more reliable, sustainable, and efficient energy sector.
